Brewed with the finest Carapils, Caramel 60, and pale malts, this distinctive American ale derives its crisp, refreshing taste and spicy aroma from kettle hopping with Mt. Hood and Cascade. After a seven day fermentation period, it undergoes additional dry-hopping to add a degree of hop flavor and aroma that compliments the clean malty fullness.
